Do you offer Delivery?
West Coast currently offers delivery within Nanaimo and select surrounding areas, including ( but not limited to)
- South, central and north Nanaimo
- Lantzville
- Cedar
- Ladysmith
Delivery outside Nanaimo may be subject to additional fees, minimum order requirements and on specific days.
What days and times do you deliver?
- Deliveries are available Monday to Friday & Saturday
- Delivery windows typically fall between 7:00 am to 4:00pm
- Exact delivery times cannot be guaranteed but every effort will be made to accommodate requested time frames.
What are your delivery fees?

Delivery for grab-and-go items is a flat rate of $7 on orders under $50.00. Enjoy free delivery on all orders over $50.
Order changes and cancellations?
- Changes to catering orders must be made at least 48 hours in advance.
- Cancellations within 24 hours of delivery may be subject to a cancellation fee.
- Last-minute cancellations may not be eligible for refunds.
Catering orders and lead times?
- For catering orders, meetings, and large-volume deliveries:
- 48-72 hours notice is required, depending on order size
- Larger events may require additional notice
- Same-day catering is not guaranteed and subject to availability.
We recommend placing caering orders as early as possible to ensure availability.
Do your products contain allergens?
- Some of our products may contain common allergen such as dairy, wheat, eggs, or nuts. Please refer to product packaging or contact us for full ingredient and allergen information.
Where can I find Nutritional information for the products listed?
Nutritional information is available on individual product packaging. If you require detailed nutritional or ingredient information, please contact our team and we will be happy to provide product specification sheets.
Is there a minimum order?
Minimum order to quantities may apply to qualify for free delivery depending on product and delivery area. Please contact our team for current ordering requirements.
Are your products made in a certified kitchen?
